2. DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND SIGNIFICANT INTEREST

A member who declares a Declaration of Pecuniary Interest in relation to any item on the agenda

will need to leave the meeting for the whole of that item and will not be able to speak or take part,

unless a relevant Dispensation has been granted.)

(A member who declares an Other Significant Interest will be able to speak on the item, but will be

required to leave the meeting for the vote).

Update on Provision of Fibre Optic Broadband in Hothfield and decision as to whether to

progress the project. It is my strong recommendation that a formal opinion is sought from

NALC

Formation of Staffing Committee to deal with staffing matters to consist of a

Grievance Panel and an Appeals Panel each consisting of 3 councillors

Preparation of Budget and setting of Precept for 2015-2016

Internal Auditor’s Half Yearly Report
