Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting
held at The Bluebell Centre, Hothfield,
on Wednesday 7 August 2013 at 7.00 pm

There were 4 Members of the Public present.
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
An Apology for Absence was received from PCSO Peel and County Councillor Simkins.
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Declarations of Pecuniary Interest
There were no Declarations of Pecuniary Interest.
Declarations of Significant Interest
There were no Declarations of Significant Interest.
i) Updating of Declarations of Interest for the Code of Conduct
Councillors are reminded that they should update their Declarations of Interest with the Monitoring Officer if necessary.
3. PUBLIC INTERVAL
The meeting was opened to the Members of the Public present from 7.02 – 7.25 for questions and comment.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES
The payments shown under earmarked funds on page 549 were for July and the figure shown for the Garden Competition should have been -£100.
Mrs Thomas and Mr Sainsbury judged the Garden Competition.
Minutes 119 were accepted and it was unanimously agreed that Mr Krause should sign them as a true record of the meeting.

Resolution: Councillors unanimously agreed to pay the above accounts.
