Hothfield Youth Project

Mrs Turner has joined the Steering Group.

Mrs Sutcliffe reported that the project is thriving under the management of Mr Elliott, with a selection of activities being offered.  Some of the younger children of the village are being allowed to attend for the first 30 minutes of the meeting each week, until they are old enough to attend the entire session in September.  Detached Youth Workers are working in the Village on Tuesday nights.

Mrs Sutcliffe suggested that the members of the Parish Council should start to think about the future of the project as the funding we currently have comes to an end this time next year.

Diamond Jubilee Celebrations – Final Report

We have made a profit of around £774.  Mr Eckersley will send the final report through to the Clerk.
